Invite a client to a Space
Send a client an invitation so they can view work, leave feedback, and sign off on deliverables.
Each Space can have one client. When you invite a client, they receive an email with a link that gives them direct access — no password setup required.
Invite a client when creating a Space
Section titled “Invite a client when creating a Space”-
From the Spaces home screen, click Create New Space.

Enter a name for the Space.

In the Client Email field, enter your client’s email address.

Click Create Space — an invitation email is sent to your client automatically.
You’ll see Invite pending next to their email in the Space header until they accept. If the email fails to send, you’ll see a warning and can retry with the same address or a different one, or skip and invite them later.
Invite a client after creating a Space
Section titled “Invite a client after creating a Space”If you skipped the client email when creating the Space, or need to send a new invitation:

Open the Space.

Click the ··· menu in the top-right corner.

Select Invite client and enter the client’s email address.
Check invitation status
Section titled “Check invitation status”Inside the Space header you’ll see one of three states:

|---|---|
| Invite pending | Invitation sent, client hasn’t accepted yet |
| Client: [name] | Client has accepted and can access the Space |
| No client shown | No client has been invited to this Space |
Resend an invitation
Section titled “Resend an invitation”Follow the same steps as inviting after creation — selecting Invite client lets you resend to the same address or switch to a different one.
What the client sees
Section titled “What the client sees”Your client receives an email with a link to the Space. Clicking it signs them in automatically — no account creation or password required. See Accept a space invitation for the full client-side experience.
