Files exceeding your plan’s limit will fail silently. Check Settings → Billing to confirm your plan limit, then compare against the file size. If the file is too large, consider compressing it or upgrading your plan.

Some file types are blocked for security reasons (e.g. .exe, .bat, .sh). If your file type is not accepted, convert it to a supported format such as PDF, ZIP, or MP4.

If an upload appears to stall:

  1. Check your internet connection — large files need a stable connection
  2. Try uploading from a wired connection instead of Wi-Fi
  3. Pause the upload and resume from the Uploads panel

When uploading many files at once, a small number may fail while others succeed. Check the Upload log (the upload icon in the toolbar) to see which files failed and why.

Upload issues are sometimes browser-specific. Try a different browser, or use the Clientele Space desktop app for large or bulk uploads.

If you see a “No permission to upload” error, you may not have Editor access to the folder. Ask a workspace Admin to check your role.

If none of the above resolves the issue, email support@clientele.space with the file name, size, type, and the error message shown.
