Skip to content
  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Payment method.
  2. Click Update card.
  3. Enter your new card details.
  4. Click Save.

The new card will be used for your next invoice.

Go to Settings → Billing → Billing details and update your address. Changes apply to future invoices only — past invoices are not amended.

In Settings → Billing → Billing details, scroll to Tax information and enter your VAT or GST number. It will appear on all future invoices.

Annual Pro and Enterprise plans can be paid by bank transfer on invoice. Contact billing@clientele.space to set this up.

If a payment fails, you will receive an email notification. Clientele Space retries the charge automatically over three days. You can also update your card and trigger a retry manually from Settings → Billing.
