Update payment details
Change your card, billing address, or payment method.
Update your card
Section titled “Update your card”- Go to Settings → Billing → Payment method.
- Click Update card.
- Enter your new card details.
- Click Save.
The new card will be used for your next invoice.
Change billing address
Section titled “Change billing address”Go to Settings → Billing → Billing details and update your address. Changes apply to future invoices only — past invoices are not amended.
Add a VAT or tax number
Section titled “Add a VAT or tax number”In Settings → Billing → Billing details, scroll to Tax information and enter your VAT or GST number. It will appear on all future invoices.
Pay by invoice
Section titled “Pay by invoice”Annual Pro and Enterprise plans can be paid by bank transfer on invoice. Contact billing@clientele.space to set this up.
Failed payment
Section titled “Failed payment”If a payment fails, you will receive an email notification. Clientele Space retries the charge automatically over three days. You can also update your card and trigger a retry manually from Settings → Billing.
