Uploading a new version keeps all feedback, approvals, and comments associated with the file — rather than creating a disconnected duplicate. Clients always see the latest version by default.

  1. Right-click a file and select Upload new version.
  2. Choose the updated file from your computer.
  3. Add an optional version note (e.g. “Applied client feedback — round 2”).
  4. Click Upload.

The file thumbnail updates immediately. Previous versions are stored and accessible.

Open a file and click the Versions tab in the right panel. Each version shows the upload date, uploader name, and any version note.

In the version history panel, hover over any past version and click Restore. The selected version becomes the current version, and the previous current version is saved automatically.

In the version history panel, click the download icon next to any version to download that file directly.
