Manage your subscription
Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time.
View your current plan
Section titled “View your current plan”Go to Settings → Billing to see your current plan, renewal date, and usage.
Upgrade your plan
Section titled “Upgrade your plan”- Go to Settings → Billing → Change plan.
- Select the plan you want to upgrade to.
- Confirm your payment details.
- Click Upgrade now.
The upgrade takes effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.
Downgrade your plan
Section titled “Downgrade your plan”Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Go to Settings → Billing → Change plan, select the lower plan, and confirm. You will continue to have access to your current plan’s features until the period ends.
Cancel your subscription
Section titled “Cancel your subscription”Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription and follow the confirmation steps. Your workspace remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that it moves to a read-only state — no data is deleted.
Reactivate after cancellation
Section titled “Reactivate after cancellation”If your workspace is in a read-only state, go to Settings → Billing and click Reactivate subscription to choose a new plan.
