Accept a space invitation
How to access a Space after your creative or agency sends you an invitation.
When a creative or agency invites you to collaborate, you’ll receive an email with a link. Here’s what happens when you click it.

Open the invitation email and click the link inside. The link is personal to your email address and does not expire.

You’ll be signed in automatically. No password or account setup required — Clientele Space handles this for you.

You’ll land directly inside the Space. Everything the creative has shared with you is ready to view.
If you already have an account
Section titled “If you already have an account”If you’ve signed in to Clientele Space before, the link will sign you straight in — as long as you open it with the same email address the invitation was sent to.
If you’re currently signed in as a different email address, you’ll see a message asking you to sign out first.
If the link isn’t working
Section titled “If the link isn’t working”- Make sure you’re using the same email address the invitation was sent to.
- Check your spam or junk folder if you didn’t receive the email.
- Ask the person who invited you to resend — the new link works immediately.
What you can do in a Space
Section titled “What you can do in a Space”Once inside, you can view assets and deliverables, leave feedback, take part in discussions, and sign any documents sent to you. What you can see depends on what has been shared with you in that Space.
