Go to Account settings → Notifications to control which events trigger emails and in-app notifications. You can customise notifications per event type (comments, approvals, mentions, etc.).

If you are not getting emails from Clientele Space:

  1. Check your spam and promotions folders
  2. Add noreply@clientele.space to your contacts or safe senders list
  3. Check your notification preferences to confirm the event type is enabled

You can mute notifications for individual projects by opening the project settings and toggling Mute notifications. This stops all emails for that project while keeping in-app notifications active.

Instead of receiving an email for every event, you can switch to a Daily digest in Account settings → Notifications. This sends a single summary email each morning.

If you are not notified when tagged with @mention, check:

  • Your email is verified (unverified accounts cannot receive mention emails)
  • Mentions are enabled in your notification preferences

Email support@clientele.space and include your account email address. We can check delivery logs and confirm whether emails are being sent.
