On the login page, click Forgot password and enter your email address. You will receive a reset link valid for 60 minutes.

If Clientele Space does not recognise your email, it may be that you signed up with a different address, or your account was created via an invitation to a different email. Try any other work email addresses you use.

If your organisation uses SSO and login fails:

  • Confirm you are entering your work email address, not a personal one
  • Ask your IT administrator to confirm you have been assigned the Clientele Space app in your identity provider
  • Try clearing your browser cookies and cache, then reattempt

After multiple failed attempts your account is temporarily locked. Wait 15 minutes and try again, or use the password reset flow to unlock it immediately.

If the login page does not load or behaves unexpectedly, try:

  1. Opening Clientele Space in a private/incognito window
  2. Clearing cookies for clientele.space
  3. Disabling browser extensions temporarily
  4. Trying a different browser
